INITIAL MEETING

  • I always start with an initial meeting, either a face-to-face consultation or virtually depending on what works best for you. This way I can get a good sense of expectations, priorities, and budget. Building a professional and positive relationship from the offset is key to how I work.

  • I will ensure this meeting is followed up promptly with an initial draft proposal, outlining options and a suggested timeframe for planning the event along with costs.

PROFESSIONAL PLANNING

  • After the initial meeting, I will then begin to plan your event using various professional tool kits.

  • I will negotiate the best possible rates on your behalf and you can be assured I will only work with the suppliers that demonstrate the same approach, work ethic & pride in their quality of work as I uphold.

  • My expert knowledge of unique venues, catering, entertainment and floristry means I can advise on what can be achieved in a wide array of buildings from listed heritage venues to blank canvas constructs and contemporary spaces in order to achieve outstanding results.

  • I will keep you updated regularly on progress and always try to involve clients as much as they have the capacity to (or want to be) throughout so you are reassured things are coming together.

EXPERT DELIVERY

  • Every event is unique and my packages seek to reflect this, ranging from partial planning, perfect if you have a theme in mind and want to create your own stamp. Right through to all-inclusive packages, ideal for those who want to be inspired with the venue, catering, lighting, decor, entertainment and styling.

  • I will be onsite for the duration of your event build and guest arrival so you can relax and focus on enjoying the occasion.

PROFESSIONAL FOLLOW UP

  • Feedback is important to me and where client’s time allows I will arrange time to follow up post-event.
